For the first time, in 2020, due to the pandemic, plenary indulgence for our dearly departed was granted by the Vatican for the entire month of November, in consideration of the fact that the faithful, especially those residing in places under lockdown, would be unable to physically go to the cemeteries on All Souls Day.
In the same consideration as the pandemic continues, the Vatican on Thursday extended once again plenary indulgences for our dearly departed for the entire month of November this 2021.
